Eligible refunds
Davaiyan strives to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Refunds are eligible in cases of wrong medicine dispensed, damaged/leaked packaging on receipt, or order cancellation before dispatch.
Non-refundable cases
Opened medicine packages, temperature-sensitive products, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds. Prescription medicines that have been dispensed in accordance with your prescription are not eligible for change of mind returns.
Order cancellation
You may cancel before the order is dispatched at no charge. Once dispatched, cancellation is at the platform's discretion.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking systems.
How to request
Write to Contact@davaiyan.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request. We may ask for photos or other supporting information.
