Use of service

By using Davaiyan, you agree to provide accurate information when placing orders and using the platform, and to comply with these terms and applicable law.

Medical responsibility

Davaiyan acts as a delivery and coordination platform for licensed pharmacies and credentialed healthcare professionals. We do not provide medical advice and we do not replace professional consultation. For Rx medicines, a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner is required.

Delivery timelines

Stated delivery windows (such as 30 minutes) are best-effort and depend on pharmacy availability, distance, traffic, weather, and operational factors. They are not legally binding service-level guarantees.

Prescription handling

Prescriptions are forwarded to licensed pharmacy partners for verification and dispensing. Schedule X and other controlled substances are dispensed only as permitted by law.

Payment security

Payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers.

Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Changes to terms

Davaiyan may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
